How to check your balance?

You can see your account details on your mobile phone display by dialing *133# and pushing the call button.

You can also check your balance on your Ucom Personal page.
How to recharge your account?

Carefully scratch the protective layer on the reverse side of the card to see 14-digit secret code, then enter *144* secret code #, press the call button. If you have entered the secret code correctly, you will see the updated balance on your mobile phone screen.

To recharge other Ucom mobile subscriber’s account, please, dial *144* secret code * subscriber’s number #, press the call button. If you are unable to recharge your account this way, you can dial 111 , select option 1,then 2 and follow the voice menu instructions. You can also dial *111*5#, press the call button and see the instructions on your mobile phone display.

If after several attempts you don’t succeed in topping up your account, please call our Customer Care Service at 444.
How to use Ucom help?

Dial *133#, press the call button, select the service you need, enter in international format (for example 37495XXXXXX) the number to which you want to send the request and confirm.

The request Call me back can be sent to any mobile number in Armenia, while the request Top me up can be sent only to Ucom mobile numbers.
How to change the subscription type?

If the main line user of Ucom Postpay or Universal wishes to change the subscription type, then one of the group members becomes the main line user and all other phone lines will be attached to it and will benefit from that new main line’s credit limit.

Migration from Ucom Postpay or Universal to Ucom Prepay

If you are a Ucom Postpay or Universal subscriber and wish to become a Ucom Prepay service subscriber, you need to visit any Ucom service center, sign the corresponding request/agreement form and pay the outstanding debts if any. Please, note that the monthly fee for that particular month when you change your subscription is calculated and charged only for the days of being a Ucom Postpay or Universal subscriber during the given month.

The change of subscription will enter into force immediately starting from the day of signing the new agreement. If there is a guarantee deposit (if any) not yet transferred to your account balance it will be fully transferred to your Ucom Prepay tariff plan balance to be spent for any Ucom service you’d like to use.

If you have activated more than 1 numbers under your account, you can make migration of one of your numbers to Ucom Prepay in case there is positive balance on your account.

During migration you preserve the positive balance, automatically activated offers, as well as active services’ bundles, which are applicable to Ucom Prepay as well.

Migration from Ucom Postpay or Universal to Ucom Business

If you wish to become a Ucom Business subscriber, you need to terminate your Ucom Postpay or Universal contract and then agree with Business package responsible upon integration into the package or sign a new subscription agreement for Ucom Business Service. You will need to pay all outstanding debts to be able to migrate. Please, note that the monthly fee for that particular month when you change your subscription is calculated and charged only for the days of being a Ucom Postpay or Universal subscriber during the given month. When migrating to Ucom Business service from Ucom Postpay the entire credit remaining on your Ucom Postpay previous account as well as the unused guarantee deposit will be transferred to your Business personal sub-account. All active services’ bundles, automatically activated offers are deactivated.

Also note that migration process from Ucom Postpay or Universal to Ucom Business may cause a temporary inactivity of your SIM-card (1 working day).
How to pay?
You can recharge your Ucom account:

- in 81 Ucom Service Centers
- in more than 6000 points of sale and other Service Centers as well as in Yerevan City and SAS supermarkets,
- through all ATMs supporting ArCa,
- through MegaPay, TelCell, Tandem, Mobidram, Idram, EasyPay payment terminals,
- in more than 900 Haypost offices in all towns and villages of Armenia,

The monthly fee is subject for payment even if you haven’t used the service, for example, when you’ve been out of the country. If you have done enough prepayment before the payment date it will be used to cover your negative balance and monthly fee for the previous months.

You can continue using Ucom services by just recharging your account, when you’ve exhausted the credit limit.

If you are an Ucom Postpay subscriber with several lines, by the 20th of each month you will be requested to pay the monthly fees for all the lines and the negative balance for the previous month (if any).

Should you fail to pay the common bill in full by mentioned deadline; all lines will be temporarily deactivated.

All activated lines will be using the credit limit of the main line. If one of the lines consumes the credit limit all the other lines will be temporarily deactivated.
Your Number’s Lifecycle

Ucom Postpay service subscription is considered to be activated from the moment of subscription.

The service will be active until the 20th day of the upcoming month. In active period you can make and receive calls to/from any directions, send and receive SMSes and MMSes, use GPRS (mobile Internet) and other services.

If you haven’t paid the outstanding debt by the deadline (20th of every month), the service turns into passive period. The passive period lasts until the end of the upcoming month. In that period you can only receive calls, SMSes and MMSes and call the first aid free numbers. Moreover, that the active service bundles, automatically activated offers are preserved in passive period, but you cannot use them.

You can reactivate all services in passive period by simply paying the outstanding debts for the previous months (negative balance and outstanding monthly fees). You will be able to use the service bundles and automatically activated offers in case their validity periods are not over. After all mentioned payments are done, your service will be fully activated.

If you fail to pay the outstanding debt by the end of passive period the service turns into suspension for 1 month, during which you still can pay the outstanding debts, like negative balance, monthly fees, penalty for late payment. The monthly fee is subject to payment in passive period.

Should you fail to pay the outstanding debts until the service suspension your agreement will be unilaterally terminated by Ucom without prior notification to you. Your number will be provided to other subscriber and in this case the activation of the service is performed on general basis.
